- Printer hardware failure prevents printing.
- System or software error prevents printing.
- Technical issue causes OTP to expire unfairly.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Uploaded document contains mistakes.
- Wrong print settings selected by the user.
- OTP expired because the user did not use it in time.
- Printing completed successfully.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Provide Razorpay Transaction ID.
- Provide transaction date and time.
- Describe the issue faced during printing.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Machine Errors Covered by Refunds
- Paper jam inside the kiosk.
- Printer hardware failure.
- Ink or toner system failure.
- OTP generated but printing could not start due to machine malfunction.
- Payment successful but print job was not completed because of a system error.
