• By using Scan2Print, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

• A4 Black & White and Color printing.
• Single-sided and double-sided printing.
• Additional services may be added in the future.

3. How It Works

• Scan the QR code displayed on the kiosk.
• Upload your document and select print settings.
• Complete payment through a supported payment method.
• Receive a one-time OTP.
• Enter the OTP on the kiosk to print.

4. OTP Validity

• OTP is valid for a limited time.
• Expired OTPs cannot be reused.

5. Prohibited Content

• No illegal content.
• No copyrighted material without permission.
• No viruses, malware, or harmful files.

6. User Responsibility

• Upload the correct document.
• Select the correct print settings.
• Use the OTP before it expires.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for incorrect files uploaded by users.
• We are not responsible for incorrect settings selected by users.
• We are not responsible for expired OTPs caused by user delay.
• We are not responsible for internet or device issues.

8. Our Responsibilities

• Provide a secure self-service printing platform.
• Process payments securely through approved payment gateways.
• Generate a valid OTP after successful payment.
• Print documents according to the settings selected by the user.
• Delete uploaded files after printing or OTP expiry.
• Provide support for genuine technical issues and eligible refunds.

9. What We Are Not Responsible For

• Incorrect files uploaded by users.
• Typing mistakes, formatting issues, or poor-quality documents provided by users.
• Wrong print settings selected by users.
• Expired OTPs due to user delay.
• Internet, mobile device, or network issues on the user's side.
• Copyright violations or illegal content uploaded by users.
• Loss of data caused by automatic file deletion after printing.
